• The National Center for Ecological Analysis and Synthesis has produced a Global Map of Human Impacts to Marine Ecosystems. The report also includes data layers for 17 different human activities and 14 distinct marine ecosystems.

NOAA's Coral Reef Health and Monitoring Program (CHAMPS) provides access to all of the coral reef maps by country from the book Coral Reefs of the World (1988).

NOAA OceanWatch - Central Pacific provides access to a variety of maps and satellite images from their oceanographic satellite remote sensing database.

NOAA's Office of Satellite Data Processing and Distribution (OSDPD) provides recent and historical satellite data and maps relating to coral bleaching and sea surface temperatures.

ReefBase's online geographic information system, ReefGIS, allows users to display coral reef-related data and information on interactive maps, which include zoom, search, and datalayer query functions. ReefBase also provides a searchable digital map gallery and other map resources.
