U of A Scientist Helps Create Coral Sperm Bank

Edmonton, Canada -- As a cryobiologist, Jason Acker has long known the value of freezing organic material in order to preserve it. But the University of Alberta medical researcher never expected his expertise would one day be used to help create the world's first sperm bank for ocean coral.
