About CORAL » [7]

Led by a passionate team and guided by a committed board, CORAL partners with local communities to save our planet's coral reefs. Following our well-respected and successful Coral Reef Sustainable Destination (CRSD [8]) approach to conservation, we engage on the local level to make international impacts.

About the Issues » [9]

Coral reefs are located in more than 100 countries around the world and countless communities rely on them for income, food, and coastal protection. This makes the protection of coral reefs an important matter for policy makers and governments, especially ministries of tourism, environment, and fisheries. Our Issue Briefs [10] provide an overview of each ecological and economic impact, as well as policy options for global, national, and local action to help protect this important resource.
