With the establishment of an Interagency Ocean Policy Task Force, the Obama Administration is taking an important step towards protecting our oceans. The Task Force is developing recommendations for a national policy regarding the protection, maintenance, and restoration of the nation's oceans, coasts, and the Great Lakes.
