Young CORAL Supporter Shares Her Story
The following story and accompanying photograph was submitted to CORAL by one of our youngest supporters.
Hi, my name is Saje Butler and I am 11 years old. When I was 9, I went to Hawaii for a family holiday and we visited a beach call Haleiwa Beach Park. Sea turtles come to rest there after their swim.
I read the information about it and was really aware of what turtles, reefs, and marine life are undertaking with pollution, waste disposal, and other matters. I am really interested in supporting this charity but I don't have any money to donate.
I really think EVERY person should take action and help a bit to save the ocean/environment.
Thank you heaps for helping me understand what affects the ocean and reefs. When I get older, I want to be a marine bio[logist].
From, Saje
