Kihei, HI -- A free Ocean Awareness Training certification course for the community and commercial marine tour operators will be held from Oct. 6 to 23. The seven-part course will provide a knowledge base for those employed in the marine recreation industry, community volunteers or anyone who wants to learn more about Hawaii's marine environment.
