Clean Ocean Action's Storm Drain Stenciling Program provides you with the tools and resources you need to start marking your local storm drains with "Drains to Waterway" signs.

This project is designed to imporve the quality of our ocean water through reduction of pollution through public street drains. The enclosed guides will aide your group in conducting the storm drain stenciling activity and will teach participants how to conduct a successful campaign to implement environmental change.

Tool and resources include a stencil that you can paint over to mark your drains, sample letter to request assistance of volunteers, permission letter to stencil drains, instructions on how to stencil a storm drain, a community contact list, how to contruct painting kits, and 50 door hangers notices.
